Abstract

This article deals with the problem of resignation from scientific work, the shortage of young trainees in pedagogy and the flight of education specialists. In addition to the typical barriers that make it difficult to enter the world of science, three groups of factors discouraging the development of pedagogy and work in education have been revealed: economic, ideological and psychological (mainly through fatigue).
