Abstract

Argument. Idea of education which includes students with signifi cant disabilities recently has became main direction in organization of modern process of education.

Concept of integration explains many of psychosocial diffi culties, problems of education, readaptation and even revalidation of disabled students. In education, especially of people with signifi cant disabilities, we should follow idea of unity in diff erentiation.That means providing particular conditions for learning and growing which are taking into account individual needs and capabilities of disabled student , but ensure
common education for all student.
Discussed concepts. Analysis of international and national laws which determines education with integration in Poland.
Results and conclusion. Nowadays polish law is serious inhibition for proper integration for disabled children. They are categorized due to kind and depth of disability, which isn’t proper. The right integration should develop social competences, prepare for life in diff erential world and open society.
Value of cognitive approach. Process of integration should be implemented, realized and evaluated in school.
Starting point in thinking about integration in education should be question about its purpose.
